How does the mission-critical add-on work?

We work closely with a third-party provider who is on hand to be assigned as a dedicated headhunter for those roles that need extra care and attention. 

With 20 years of experience in recruitment and the last few spent specifically working in web3, we're confident they can find you the right fit. 

The add-on is only available for premium roles, so first you'll need to choose that tier for your post, after which mission-critical will be unlocked. 

Opt in by toggling the button and the mission-critical column will highlight in black. 

Fill in your job details as normal (see 'how to post a single job' FAQ for instructions) and upon completion, an email will automatically be sent to our recruiting partner notifying them, with us and you on Cc. 

From there, they will initiate an organic conversation with you on how to proceed.

The initial premium fee will be deducted from any final recruitment fees subject to candidate placement.
